INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references if publication is requested. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the conference template and are subject to both review and editing. 

Manuscript: Manuscript should contain text, in a sequence of title, authors and their affiliations, abstract, keywords, main text part, acknowledgments, references, and figure/table captions list in Word document, and supplement/supporting information if any. The figures are not included in the main text. 

Abstract: 

1) Information abstract for a research article, It should set out briefly and clearly the main objectives and results/conclusions of the work; it should give the reader a clear idea of what has been achieved;

2) Indicative abstract for review article/short communication includes review of the research/technology in a period of comprehensive development or in the current level of development, and future prospects briefly. The length of the abstract should be within 200-300 words.

1. Ensure that the topic of the paper is consistent with the field of CAIPVA2025, and avoid submitting manuscripts that are inconsistent with the direction of CAIPVA2025.

2. Clear paper structure: generally includes abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusions and references.

3. Concise abstract: The abstract should accurately summarize the main content and contribution of the article, and the number of words is usually limited to 150-250 words.

4. Cite the literature strictly in the format required by CAIPVA2025. Ensure that the reference list and the references in the text match exactly.

5. Comply with academic ethics and ensure that there are no problems such as plagiarism and data falsification. Avoid duplicate publication, plagiarism of others’ results or multiple submissions of the same manuscript. 6. The author needs to check the duplication of the whole text (including references) at his own expense through the query system, and the duplication rate should not be higher than 20%. If the manuscript is rejected due to a high duplication rate, the consequences will be borne by the author and the registration fee will not be refunded.
